TERMS & CONDITIONS
AGE LIMIT
The Member confirms that they are 18 years old or older. For persons 16 or 17 years old, exceptions are granted based on a written parental consent. Persons under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times.
MEMBER'S HEALTH
The Member confirms that they do not suffer from health problems that would hinder exercise or prevent them from engaging in exercise, or that would be detrimental or adverse to the Member’s health, safety or physical condition if they did exercise. In case of any doubt, the Member shall seek advice by a medical doctor who should confirm the ability to exercise.
Belift Studio Limited shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the Member’s physical condition. If an assessment is done at Belift Studio Limited, it is for the sole purpose of compiling comparative data in order to track the Member’s progress in a programme and not for diagnostic purposes.
LIABILITY
Each Member of Belift Studio Limited shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by the Member on the Belift Studio Limited premises. It shall be the obligation of the Member to pay for any costs involved upon presentation of a statement thereof.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Any and all use of the Belift Studio Limited facilities shall be at Member’s own risk at all times. The Member shall not utilise any equipment unless they know the appropriate usage. Belift Studio Limited shall not be liable for any injuries, physical impact or damages to the Member, or the property of the Member, or be subject to any claim arising out of the use of the premises and/or of the equipment made available to the users.
SERVICES
The membership entitles the usage of Belift Studio Limited facilities and the equipment and services available therein.
MEMBERSHIP, CLASSES & BOOKINGS
The Membership is personal and cannot be shared.

Acceptance of an application for Membership at Belift Studio Limited is at our absolute discretion. Membership entitles Members to join the Personal Training sessions in line with the relevant category of Membership.

Membership packages include an associated number of Personal Training session tokens for that billing period (28 days). These session tokens are to be used within the current period only. The sessions can not be carried over into a new period under any circumstances.

All sessions must be booked in advance using the Belift App or online schedule. Please cancel any sessions that you can’t attend. This allows another member to attend.
​
Any Personal Training sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will result in one session token being used out of your allocation.
​
You must complete all relevant health and safety forms before using our facility. This includes, but is not limited to the Belift PAR Q, which is to be completed online upon registration with Belift Studio Limited.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CANCELLATION
Our 28-Day Experience is free of commitment.

However, once you sign up to one of our 28 day rolling Memberships you must give 28 days notice from your next billing period to end your membership. (i.e. if your billing period is the 15th of March and you request to cancel on the 16th of March, you will be charged on the 12th of April (your next billing period) and your subscription will end on the 10th of May. However, if you request to cancel on the 14th of March, your Subscription would end on the 12th of April). All cancellation requests must be put into writing/email to info@belift.co.uk
A cancellation is exceptionally granted without the full calendar months notice only if the member is unable to use the gyms facilities upon medical advice. A medical certificate or appropriate supporting documentation is required.
FREEZE MEMBERSHIPS
Our memberships can be paused for up to 2 months within a calendar year. The amount of times you can pause your membership will depend on your membership of choice. All freeze requests must be put into writing/email to info@belift.co.uk
MEMBERSHIP TIERS
Memberships can be upgraded at any time. However should a downgrade be required, 5 working days’ notice is required before the next payment is due.

If cancellation notice hasn't been given, Membership downgrades are unable to be authorised.

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION
If the Member behaves in a way that breaches the code of conduct Membership can be suspended or terminated at management’s sole discretion.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Member shall respect the behavioural and operating principles of Belift Studio Limited, as laid out in our Code of Conduct.
HEALTH & SAFETY
You must follow Health and Safety instructions and requests from Belift team at all times, otherwise you’ll be asked to leave the premises.

Wear clothing that’s appropriate and comfortable to exercise in. Please keep bags off the studio floor. Please bring a workout towel with you.
​
You are expected to clean up after yourself, wipe down all equipment if needed and put equipment back after use. It’s just what we all do.
STORAGE FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Storage is available for Members while working out in the facility. Each Member needs to empty their storage space when leaving the facility.
LOST PROPERTY OR THEFT
Belift Studio Limited does not take responsibility for loss or theft of any personal belongings. Any items left on Belift Studio Limited premises will be kept for a period of two weeks before being disposed of.
ACCESS & SCHEDULE
Belift Studio Limited is open Monday to Friday 6am until 8pm, and Saturday from 8am – 12pm, with the exception of bank holidays and exceptional circumstances, when times may vary.
Classes are available according to times stated in the Belift Studio Limited booking system. Classes and instructors are subject to change with no prior notice.
PAYMENTS
The Member is responsible for the payment of the membership. This is true even if the amount is debited directly by Belift Studio Limited. Agreed price only applies if the Member pays according to the agreed conditions. If the payment is late the member will receive a reminder email from Belift Studio Limited and access may be suspended. The Membership continues to run even if the access is suspended. If after 30 days the amount is still not paid the Member is in violation of the contract and the total outstanding amount of the contract will be due.
Belift Studio Limited may transfer the case to a debt collector, which will add additional fees.
Monthly payments are paid at the point of this agreement. The Member has given approval for an automatic debit from his/her account or card. Please see the Membership & Cancellation terms section for details on our cancellation policy.

All memberships, included the 28-day experience are non-refundable.
PRICE CHANGES
Any price changes will be communicated at least one month prior implementation.
28-DAY EXPERIENCE PACK
The 28-Day Experience Pack is a combination of the 28-Day Experience Pass, containing 12 Small Group Personal Training session tokens and the Consultation Pass, containing one 1-2-1 consultation token.

Each individual Pass will expire within 28 days of purchase if no booking has occurred by the Member. Extensions to the Passes may be given at the discretion of management.
​
The only exception to the above is if the Pack is purchased through the Founding Membership Promotion before the 5th of February 2024, in which case the bookings for each pass must occur within 28 days starting on the 5th of February 2024.
FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION
Please note that if you decide to continue with a Belift Subscription after your 28-Day Experience Pass is completed your 10% discount will only apply to subscriptions. Hence, this discount does not apply to the Be Flexible Pass.
