Our training sessions aim to give all members a personal experience but with all the benefits of exercising in a small group setting. Our classes are limited to 4 member so you'll always have our coaches on hand to give you extra support where needed and help you with exercises you're less confident or familiar with.

We don't believe in one size fits all, and this is why our sessions are tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're new to training, advanced or coming back from a long break or injury, we can always accommodate you, and your ability.

Personal training is at the heart of what we do. All our sessions are coached and programmed following a progressive approach that will allow you to get fitter and stronger over time.

You’ll do exercises like squats (bending and standing using your legs) and overhead presses (pushing weights above your head). Every session is built around your level, so whether you're just starting out or already making progress, you'll leave feeling stronger and more confident each time.
In this class, we focus on building strength in your legs, hips, and upper body. The muscles that help you stand tall, lift things with confidence, and move through life more easily.
SQUAT & PRESS

You’ll work through deadlift variations (lifting weights from the floor safely and effectively) and horizontal pushing movements (like push-ups or bench presses) to develop total-body strength. You’ll leave feeling powerful and one step closer to your next strength milestone.
This class builds strength through your glutes, hamstrings, core, chest, and arms, the muscles that help you lift from the ground and push things away from your body with control and power.
DEADLIFT & PUSH

You’ll do exercises like hip thrusts (pushing through your hips to lift weight) and vertical pulls (like chin-up or pull-up variations). These help you feel strong from the back of your body, often the most overlooked area! You’ll finish this session feeling more empowered and more confident in what your body can do.
This class builds strength in your glutes, back, and arms, key muscles for posture, pulling, and everyday power.
THRUST & PULL

You’ll do rows (pulling weights towards you) and controlled, flowing movements that open up your joints and build better body awareness. No matter your starting point, each session is adjusted to your level so you can build strength at your own pace and feel good doing it.
This class blends strength and mobility, helping you feel both strong and free in your movement. We focus on your back, shoulders, and hips, areas that support good posture and everyday movement.
ROW & FLOW

In this class, we strengthen your core, hips, and stabilising muscles, helping you move with more control, balance, and ease.
BALANCE & CORE
You’ll do exercises that challenge your balance, stability and build deep core strength (like planks, holds, and slow, controlled movements). These support everything from posture to lifting technique. You'll be guided to work at your own level and build strength in a way that feels natural and achievable.
