Our training sessions aim to give all members a personal experience but with all the benefits of exercising in a small group setting. Our classes are limited to 4 member so you'll always have our coaches on hand to give you extra support where needed and help you with exercises you're less confident or familiar with.

This class is focused on building your cardiovascular fitness and overtime improve your stamina.

We incorporate a mixture of fast-paced movements and functional movements that will challenge your endurance and cardiorespiratory system (heart & lungs).
