OUR CLASSES
 

Our training sessions aim to give all members a personal experience but with all the benefits of exercising in a small group setting. Our classes are limited to 4 member so you'll always have our coaches on hand to give you extra support where needed and help you with exercises you're less confident or familiar with.

We don't believe in one size fits all, and this is why our sessions are tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're new to training, advanced or coming back from a long break or injury, we can always accommodate you, and your ability. 

​

Personal training is at the heart of what we do. All our sessions are coached and programmed following a progressive approach that will allow you to get fitter and stronger over time.

Although every session is designed to strengthen your whole body, this one targets more specifically your quads, shoulders and core muscles.

Each movement is tailored to your individual goals and needs, allowing you to get stronger over time.

This is a full body strength class with a focus on Squat and Overhead Press progression.

SQUAT & PRESS

Although every session is designed to strengthen your whole body, this one targets more specifically your hamstrings, glutes, lower back, chest and triceps.

Each movement is tailored to your individual goals and needs, allowing you to get stronger over time.

This is a full body strength class with a focus on Deadlift and Bench Press progression.

DEADLIFT & PUSH

Although every session is designed to strengthen your whole body, this one targets more specifically your glutes, back, biceps.

Each movement is tailored to your individual goals and needs, allowing you to get stronger over time.

This is a full body strength class with a focus on Hip thrusts and Pull Ups progression.

THRUST & PULL

Although every session is designed to strengthen your whole body, this one targets more specifically your back, arms and Core muscles.

Each movement is tailored to your individual goals and needs, allowing you to get stronger over time.

  • Supports a better posture

  • Increases your performance during strength training

  • Reduces lower back pain

  • Improves balance and stability

This is a full body strength class with a focus on Back rows progression and Core strengthening.

ROW & CORE

This class is focused on building your cardiovascular fitness and overtime improve your stamina. 

CONDITIONING

We incorporate a mixture of fast-paced movements and functional movements that will challenge your endurance and cardiorespiratory system (heart & lungs).

 Importance of cardiovascular fitness: 

  • Decreases the risk of diseases such as: heart conditions or diabetes

  • Increases your stamina, muscle endurance and bone health

  • Improves your heart and lunges efficiency

  • Makes your daily life easier

This class is designed to improve range of motion and posture, strengthen muscles and joins, alleviate pains and prevent injury. 

MOBILITY & STRETCH

You'll learn how to move purposefully and reconnect with your body. It's a great compliment to your strength training.
