SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
A cost-effective way of training. We are not a fitness class where you are just another number. Our sessions are designed to provide you with the same level of coaching and attention as you would get in a 1-2-1, while enjoying the benefits of a group setting:

The sessions are limited to 4 members so we can deliver a personalised experience.

You'll benefit from a 1-2-1 assessment before joining the group sessions, so we can better understand how to best help you.

During the sessions, each movement is coached to your level, allowing you to train safely and get stronger over time.


STRENGTH FOCUSED
Our sessions are designed to your individual needs and goals, following a progressive approach.
This essentially means that you'll get stronger over time as well as noticing other benefits such as: more muscles mass (toning), more stamina and power and a greater range of motion and stability around joints.

As well as the physical benefits, strength training can have a huge impact on your mood, motivation, self-steem and confidence.
PERSONALISED APPROACH
All our members start the journey with a 1-2-1 evaluation. During this time we take the time to learn more about your goals and personal needs, then design a programme to suit them. You'll also have the opportunity to practice some of the basic movements that we incorporate in our training programmes so you can feel more confident when you join our group sessions.

During the group sessions, all the movements are tailored to your level and we will also track your progress to ensure you get strong and achieve your goals.

We believe that surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals who share a similar journey and desire to be the best they can be is one of the keys to succeed.
At Belift we've created a friendly space for our members to work towards their fitness and health goals while making friends and having fun.
