THE STUDIO

Where are you located?

We are based in Hove, at 60b Western Rd. We are located through a private gate between the popular restaurants Cin Cin and Grubbs Burgers. Our full address is: 60b Western Rd, Hove, BN3 1JD.

Are there changing facilities?

Unfortunately, we won’t be opening with official changing facilities. However, there’s a large private toilet stocked with all the essentials to freshen up and get changed. You will also find plenty of space to store your belongings during the sessions.

Is there parking available?

There is plenty of on-street parking, where you can park for free until 9am, great public transport links and bike rails just outside our front gates. We’ve found this app that you can use to find and pay for parking if needed: AppyParking+

BELIFT 28-DAY EXPERIENCE

Do I need to book my 1-2-1 evaluation before joining the group sessions?

It’s not a must, however we strongly recommend it. During this hour, we will work closely with you to understand what you're trying to acheive, to then design a suitable training programme. Also,

you will probably feel more confident in our studio environment after the evaluation.

What happens at the end of my 28-day experience?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest

an appropriate membership option going forwards. If you decide that Belift isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go.

What if I need to miss days during the 28-day experience?

Don’t worry, if something comes up or you’re away for a few days, just let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.

Will my trial start as soon as I pay?

No! We don’t want to rush things. Your 28-day Experience will start after you attend your first group session. That gives you enough time to first have your 1-2-1 consultation and then decide which class you want to begin with before the trial starts.

MEMBERSHIP

Are beginners welcome?

Absolutely! We welcome all ages and abilities to our studio. We’re a personal training studio so although you’re training within a small group environment we’ll meet you where you’re at, and tailor the sessions to you.

Can I cancel any time?

The 28-Day Experience is totally free of commitment. However, once you have completed the experience and decided we are the right fit for you by signing up for a membership, we ask that you give us 30-day notice if you wish to cancel.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, if you are away on holiday or can’t visit us for a while, email us and we will pause your membership for up to 2 months. The amount of times you can pause your membership will depend on your membership of choice.
