THE SESSIONS AT BELIFT
Our sessions are limited to 4 members, so we can always deliver a personalised experience.
Before joining to the group sessions, a coach will take you through a 1-2-1 evaluation to better understand your goals and personal needs.
During the sessions, each movement is coached to your level, allowing you to train safely and get stronger over time.
All our sessions are planned and coached. Our programmes are progressive and tailored to get you fitter and stronger over time.
